Standard Event Rental

(includes 4 hours + one hour for clean-up and photography the day of the event)


Small event (fewer than 75 people):     $2,000

Large event ( 75 – 300 people):                      $3,500


Additional Options

Add hours to your event                                $500 per hour

Rehearsal (after 5 PM)                                   $250 (one hour)

Rehearsal (before 5 PM)                                 $200 (one hour)


Photography Fee                                            $150 (one hour)



A Damage Deposit and a Cleaning Deposit are both required 30 days in advance of event


Damage Deposit                                             $500

refundable, if no damage to property


Cleaning Deposit                                            $250

refundable, if facility is cleaned after the event
